Nothing teaches NetSuite like a real close. Reconcile the bank, tie the subledgers, lock the period and explain every difference.

Associate-level exams are free to NetSuite Pass holders. Specialist and Professional exams come later, after real experience.

1Does Hundred MS sell NetSuite training courses?
No. We are an accounting and NetSuite consulting firm, not a training company, and we are not an Oracle NetSuite partner. This page exists because many people arrive here looking for NetSuite training, and we would rather point you to the right free resources than sell you a course.
2Is there free NetSuite training?
Yes. Oracle offers a free Explorer Pass with introductory NetSuite content, and it now includes study guides and practice exams for certification. Associate-level certification exams are free to NetSuite Pass holders. Oracle's Education Services team also runs free half-day Learning Labs. Our own guides are free with no sign-up.
3How long does it take to learn NetSuite?
It depends on where you start. An accountant who already knows debits and credits learns the daily transactions fastest; the close, reporting and administration take longer. For scale, Oracle describes its Administrator Professional exam as designed for people with a SuiteFoundation certification and at least one year of hands-on experience.
4Which NetSuite certification should I start with?
If you are an accountant, the Financial Associate: it is free and covers navigation, the key accounting features and the standard financial modules. If you want to administer or implement NetSuite, SuiteFoundation Specialist is the launchpad Oracle describes for the Administrator, ERP Consultant and Developer certifications. Our certification guide lists every current exam.
5Will you train our team as part of a NetSuite project?
Yes. Every implementation and rescue we do ends with your people trained on the real process in your own account, and the first month-end close run together. That is training on your chart of accounts and your approvals, not on a demo.
6What does NetSuite training cost?
Oracle publishes no prices for its paid learning passes and says pricing varies by country. The free routes above cost nothing. When your team is trained as part of our implementation or close work, it sits inside that project's quote, which you get in writing within two days of a discovery call.
