This notice explains what information this website collects and what we do with it. We have kept it short on purpose.

1. What this notice covers

This notice covers the website at hundredms.com. It is published by Hundred MS LLC ("we", "us").

It does not cover information that clients share with us while we work for them. That information is handled under the written agreement we sign with each client.

2. Information you give us

When you book a call. The booking calendar is provided by Microsoft Bookings. It asks for details such as your name, email address and what you would like to discuss. Microsoft processes that information under its own privacy terms, and we receive it so we can hold the call.
When you email or phone us. We receive whatever you include in your message, along with your contact details.

Please do not send us confidential financial records through the website, email or the booking form before we have an agreement in place.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar tools. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how the site is used: for example which pages are visited, which buttons are clicked, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location based on IP address. We use this in aggregate and do not use it to identify you personally.

The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, and the booking calendar from Microsoft. When your browser requests those files, Google and Microsoft receive standard technical information such as your IP address.

4. How we use information

To reply to you and hold the call you booked.
To prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
To run, secure and improve the website.
To meet legal obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decisions about you, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our business, for example Google (analytics and fonts), Microsoft (email and bookings) and our website host. They process information on our behalf or under their own terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

6. How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, and then delete it or make it anonymous. Analytics data is kept according to the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.

7. Your choices

Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work. Google also offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics.
Your information. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California. If you want to use them, contact us and we will do our best to help. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information. No website, email or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

9. Where information is processed

We are based in the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection rules from yours.

10. Children

This website is meant for businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

11. Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn and the booking calendar. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

12. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated notice.
